My mate Chris had recently become the proud owner of a brand new Y2K+1 TL1000S.
Already work had begun... Harris fairing stay, Harris damper mounting, Harris rearsets-starting to look very tidy.
Whilst out for a quick spin 2 mornings ago he became victim to a consciousness challenged cager. Said cager performed a flying U-turn such that he managed to ram into the left side of Chris's nice shiny black TLS. At this point it is worth noting that Chris had been following this driver!
A very lucky chap, Chris has survived with a fractured metatarsal in his left foot. The bike, however, did not come off so lightly.
Chris in hospital.
Chris visiting his dearly departed.
Front end damage.
